The Challenge
How might we make leisurely travel accessible to all demographics?
Through multiple user interviews, I uncovered the #1 stressor for travelers before, during and after their trips was the lack of predictability of how much they would spend.
*A study done by TNS, an independent research company, found that money is one of the top 3 things that cause friction for travelers during their trips.
A Glance at the Market
With the problem in mind, I analyzed four competitors in the finance tracking and travel planning spaces. Through this analysis, I discovered a gap: there was no finance tracking tool specifically tailored to travel. Additionally, competitors like TripAdvisor lacked a personalized approach to travel budgeting.

Users are able to create their trip in a few, quick steps. Financial tracking can be intimidating so the less barriers to commit the better. Users also have the option to look at past trips to see how they budgeted in the past.
